Tell us what you or your family member need.

Fill in the online request form or call us on
07538511558 for a chat.

One of our team will then visit to discuss what your support will look like and discuss any finer points.

Agree a schedule of visits/calls. Remember we are flexible so you can change when the need arises.

We will send a monthly statement itemising all support carried out. Payments can be made via card payment or direct debit.

Home help/housekeeping

Our team can help with many household tasks, including cooking and housework, but are unable to provide personal care or medical assistance.

Our experience and knowledge mean that we can help you find the most appropriate support for your specific needs at the time.

Companionship

Visits from our team can have benefits to those experiencing lonliness, anxiety & depression.

What companionship looks like is specific to each of us, it may be popping in for a cuppa and a chat, a game of cards, a walk, support to attend a local group – the choices are endless, and the choice is yours.

Laundry

Bed changing, freshening up the towels, weekly wash? Our team can help with keeping on top of things when it may be a bit of a struggle. We can be that extra set of hands that are often needed.

Shopping & Errands

Would you like to go to the shop or prefer to have one of our team go for you? Perhaps you have already ordered and just need it collecting and putting away? The choice is yours and it may change from time to time. Just discuss what you would prefer, it is always your choice.

Financial arrangements will be discussed at our initial meeting.

Transport & trips out

Your time is important, and you can use it to go where you need or want. A visit to your old haunts, a trip to the shops, its entirely up to you.

Mileage costs will be discussed at our initial meeting and agreed prior to any trips.

Meal preparation and/or delivery

Whether you need a hand in the kitchen, want to learn a new skill, someone to deliver a home cooked meal, or assistance with planning your meals for the week our team can help.

Team members are qualified in at least Level 2 food hygiene so can do this safely with/for you.

Medication reminders

Although our team do not administer medication, they can prompt, support with collection of prescriptions and request support for this from healthcare professionals.

Appointment support

How many times do we leave an appointment and can’t remember everything that was said, or we forget to ask a question? Our team can accompany you to your appointments, ask those questions and ensure the answers are recorded for you to look back on later or tell your loved ones. We can be with you through the process (we can make any calls to your family too if you like).

Welfare Checks

Just being able to pick up the phone and hear a friendly voice is priceless for some people. We can check in as often as you like, alongside any planned visits the choice is yours.

We will agree an action plan to ensure we are all clear what happens if we can’t contact you.

Dog walking

If you are struggling to take your most trusted companion out daily, one of our team can help you with this.

The whole team are animal lovers and know the importance of your relationship with your pet.

Admin support

Form filling, small print, technology, and letter writing can be very personal and can become quite daunting. Discretion and privacy are ensured, and our team will offer support in all aspects of your daily admin tasks.

Post hospital support

Whether you have had a minor procedure or a longer stay in hospital our team are able to help you feel as comfortable as possible on your return home.

Whether it be a bed change, getting some shopping in, ensuring you get to any follow up appointments or checking the health professional visits are clear, we can be there for you.

Working alongside other health and care professionals, we can refer to the most appropriate support if the need requires.
